Hello all!
It's been a very busy November to December change over! We have been in the process of buying our first home (my first house ever, his nicest house ever). We are finally in the home stretch of it all and what a process it has been. I underestimated the work involved, but am so thankful to have had such great teams to work with from mortgage brokers, to sales agents to my insurance company. I can't wait to get moved in and set up the craft room! It will also be a great opportunity to be more organized and share more projects!
I've taken a small break from unraveling sweaters and crafting commissions so that my focus can be with making sure we get the house, and that I get my responsibilities done with my career of QIDP work. The holidays are so busy and beyond my normal caseload and monthly paperwork, I've been hosting virtual holiday parties, ZOOM meetings with the people I support and trying not to get overwhelmed by all things COVID19 related. There has been less time to craft and create, but the new year will bring more free time and a designated CRAFT ROOM!!
I do want to share some highlights of my crafty projects that I have been able to work on.
A beautiful holiday swap has been completed back on Lettuce Craft. You can find it Here at the Lettuce Craft Holiday Swap Gallery. You will see the lovely shawl that I have featured here in the past. You will also see the freeform crochet wall quilt that I completed!
I've now made three etsy sales reclaiming yarn which has been super exciting! Here is a picture of my most recently added listing of recycled cotton:
I love what I do! Here's to many more adventures and sales in the future!
